La Guaira
La Guaira - In front of Isla Grande, Province of Colon, Panama.
Luckily, in the Atlantic side, the waves only go up or down 1 feet.
(30cm). The waters are pristine clear, and you can hear the ocasional
howling of the monkeys and parrots in the nearby forest.
